HOW DO I STORE MY SEA MOSS & SEA MOSS SKIN CARE
You will want to store your OGG Sea Moss in the fridge. Ensuring what’re you’re using to scoop it out is completely sterile. Also, make sure you keep your Sea Moss in the glass jar it was shipped in. Keep in mind, you Sea Moss should be able to breath. Leave the cap or lid off in the fridge for a longer shelf life. Your Sea Moss should last 3-4 weeks.
WHEN DO I KNOW IF MY SEA MOSS HAS GONE BAD?
You will know your Sea Moss is no longer good when it delivers an extremely potent smell. It may also have mold on it. Time to order some more!

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. Immediately after you have placed your order, a confirmation email with your order number is automatically sent to the email that you entered in at the time of checkout.

Organic Girl Gang has a current processing time of 7-20 days with a POSSIBILITY OF UP TO 32 DAYS. (Mon-Fri) after you receive your confirmation email, your order will be shipped & you will receive an email with your TRACKING INFORMATION.
BUISNESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
Organicgirlgang.com sends out confirmation emails automatically to the email you entered in at checkout, as soon as an order is placed. If you did not receive a confirmation email, your email was entered incorrectly at checkout or it could be in you spam mailbox.

Because all orders are shipped USPS Priory mail, they should only be in transit for 2-3 days unless USPS is experiencing delays or unless you have selected Priority Express mail.
Its imperative you double check your address is correct at the time of checkout as OGG does not cover costumer errors. If you submitted your address incorrectly and your package is not delivered to you, you are responsible for covering the cost of product and shipping fee for a new package to be sent out with correction of address.
Also, once I drop your package off to USPS I am NOT responsible for your package. As I can not control anything beyond that point. If your package is missing, delayed, lost or stolen you will need to file a claim on USPS website.
It's recommended that you checkout using Priority Mail Express as this covers your shipping cost and includes insurance for your package.
